Playing piano went on the backburner and I didn’t touch it again for quite a number of years. When I came to Australia to live in 2003 I discovered a new easy and exciting way to teach piano.

It was a "déjà vu" feeling when my art teacher suggested I investigate this revolutionary method. I have now been teaching Simply Music® for over 3 years and have a large studio of both children and mature aged adults.

I started playing the piano when I was 7 and learnt from the nuns at the convent school I was attending. It wasn’t a very pleasant experience I might add, however I used to enjoy hours of playing at home to escape being around my 4 brothers. In my teens I played keyboard in a band and for extra money I played at weddings and functions.

I expanded my piano playing through teaching ballet, highland and tap dancing. Playing music for my students was essential, especially at lesson practise and when they performed on stage.

When I married I gave up teaching and went about being a mother, wife and business person.
